Pto errors or is this intentional to prevent associates from taking pto?
Wrong balance
Time not allowed to be entered in computer
Time disappeared
Lots of people having same issues, corporate is non responsive to complaints about this.

Back in April/May ALL of my PTO disappeared. I went to HR and asked and they said they didn’t know why and had to send an email. I asked if it expired and they said no. HR never followed up with me and I mentioned it to coworkers a couple months later and they said the same thing happened to them and HR said the same to them and also never gave them an answer. In our situation I think HR knew the hours expired and for whatever reason lied to all of us hoping we would just drop it. So shady and unethical!
Hate your job but love to work with growing retail company like Belk without vacation pay and benefits the we love to have you now. It is hard to hire people in retail that willing to work and low pay as Belk is always hiring and firing. We are here to make money for our talent top management and fulfill our greedy business style. We are not here to take care of you and your PTO hours!
PTO is not an error. Pay Time Off is only reserved for the big do nothing worthless and important Golden Belk store managers or top RVPs and all Belk top executives! They don’t care about you or me or any poor Belk workers below them. Lead by example from the top remember! You can take PTO without pay and Belk is always welcome and approves your request very easily with no questions ask or deny! Don’t you get it by now? Working hard and working for free at Belk is our way of life! Get it or take it!
