Is anyone else looking forward to the layoffs? I would love to see some of the middle management cleared out. I can't count how many times I have thought to myself, "Exactly, what do they do all day?"
I would be excited about fresh blood running the train for a while.

I really hate how hard the national & locals work, just to see middle (and upper) management just sit around. Yes, there is hard work in managing people. But some of these teams have people who're twenty years in. How much management do they need?
Dave makes a hair under 13 million a year and his 25 million at least in stocks.... But they're going to cut the audio workers to save money are you kidding me

The answer is "nothing". They just sit there while you do the work. Then they take credit for it and get the money. They shower you with praise so you can continue to give, which, of course, means they continue to take.
