Baker Hughes can be accused of being overly woke. But it just applies inside the workplace - I’ve heard their ethics rep being unbelievably racist outside the office.

Yes we are woke.
Or as a manager at Baker hughes would say, "our inclusive culture is defined by our willingness to embrace differences and challenge our own notions of who we are. It is through this continual process of discovery that our transformation into an energy technology company will be realized."
To be available for promotion, one must barely be able to speak English. The English you do speak should not possess any valuable content.
Double standards everywhere - extreme woke culture over layered with constant tick box comms - culture of fear and whispers - very unpleasant office environment - only ever a comment away from getting fired - anonymous ‘leaders’ who have never led a conga let alone a business - ego centric top down.
