Did anyone get the paperwork yet?

Per the email response yesterday we get the severance paperwork on the 25th with a termination for 1159 pm central time. All our benefits are cut at that time too. We then have 30 days to agree or counter the severance. I was already hinted that if we counter it can take months to agree to different terms. I took that as their way to force me to agree to the documents.
In the documents you will be signing all your rights away, meaning you agree to hold Crown harmless and you will not sue them for anything. You also have a non compete to follow.
After you sign, you have to wait 7 days before they move forward and follow the agreement. They also will continue to follow the normal pay schedule. So if you sign it over the weekend you don't see your money or benefits for 2 weeks. If you wait a week you won't see it for 4 weeks due to the payroll cut off.

At this point, nothing. zero information on even turning in my badge or computer.
I guess I’m just waiting for a label in the mail if the FAQ is right. LOL.
