Always fun to be laid off during pregnancy… I’ll just leave it at that.

I was laid off 2 weeks before one of my parents died, and I had been helping them with treatment before that and it was definitely known. Being vague for obvious reasons.
It was absolutely amazing to be processing a layoff while also burying a parent. Great company to work for.
What's a lawyer going to do? Gender equality right?
And this is why I’m interviewing elsewhere. I want a family and Alteryx can’t provide the job security that sh-t sh-t won’t happen.
Yup no one gets touched up there they get their millions and bonuses for laying off people and driving company down 🙁 while others now have to look for a job in tough times with bills to pay and family to support. They don’t care
