They purposely make MIP complicated so that they can have excuses to not pay it to us.

Geoff trumpeted that share gain metric in MIP as his way to reward or punish businesses with big differences in MIP. They rolled out this hopefully complicated MIP with all these individual and Buisness modifiers and then drove the company into a ditch. You can see what he intended with the massive MIP differences across the company for the “SIP”. We can expect more of the same as he showers $ on the Buisness leaders and teams he likes and sticks to those he doesn’t support.

@1otp+1o8hBvqR except all those LinkedIn posts posing about mission and values and how look super duper interns and hiring; while laying off your existing employees to try to finance your way to greatness by trying to lower costs through folks that have no experience and throwing them into the ringer. But hey, you lowered your salary expense at the expense of your future pipeline and ability to lead the market so definitely worth $10M in RSU/options.

They also removed minimum EPS criteria....this is a clear sign that how confident leadership team is on the FY24 results.
We will see the first glimpse in few days with Q1 results next week.
