Because Life@Ford literally su-ks the life out of people. Seriously what do people expect either the constant never ending downsizing that has been going on 5 plus years now,
Did you happen to notice that the super duty drive event last week was a lottery to be chosen to participate? Then surprisingly, there were plenty of on the spot openings if you just showed up!
Just goes to show how demoralized and/or employees won't even leave home to a fun drive event at work in person.
