Why so many haters?
Maybe it’s because we will be spared from BC culling?
If EUC is spun out or sold, will employees who do not want to join the new org get an option to choose severance?

Agreed, Citrix is losing customers as the PE owners right-size thir business, but few of those departures chose a VMware solution, most went to new vendors (or defaulted to Intune Suite from Microsoft, and other existing point solutions).
On your second thought. Blending two legacy VDI providers together to compete against Microsoft would be unlikely. Now, I'd be concerned about that outcome. Scary thought
If the Citrix scenario is the best outcome, I'd be concerned. They're hemorrhaging customers and ARR/NRR by the quarter. Then again, maybe it was a Tom Krause and Hock Tan scheme all along to take Citrix private under Krause, spin off EUC from VMW, and then have CSG (Citrix's parent company) buy VMware's EUC to directly compete against the competitor that's eating both of their lunches - Microsoft.
Shankar deserves some blame for a lack of account growth leadership. But Rob should have lobbied for big changes in marketing. I still meet existing customers who have no idea that we offer remote working solutions. In our sales meetings, I see no attempt to have marketing improve product awareness. If EUC is kept-in or spun-out doesn't matter to us in the field.

Shankar, why don't you chill and relax. Your fate is sealed, and there is nothing that you can do or say to change that fact. You had your chance to lead, and you blew it.
The EUC BU will change once the PE mercenaries cut the fat, and harvest what's left of the shrinking installed base. The Citrix culling has proven the best outcome of your BU.

Damn you - you made me sp-t out my coffee ...
EUC getting spun off to private equity is probably much worse than remaining with Broadcom. Look what happened to Citrix.
Other options like Okta purchasing EUC could be good.
what another EUC post....
Stop shitposting EUC.
No news, no facts, just trolling will or wont it be spun out!
