What a kick in the teeth, get told you are amazing and an asset to the company and then get sh-t canned 2 weeks later. This company was so great when I first joined, the heart and soul are gone and it is so sad. No culture left, yet Mark still gets his bonus. What a sham. Heartbroken to leave my team, but good riddance to getting off the sinking ship.

same. given spot bonus a month ago. great review. and offered full bonus for this fall. then an immediate goodbye
The same for me: My boss was very happy with the work I am doing and she told me that she will suggest a promotion to Senior Manager for the end of this FY… And then they said good bye and made my role redundant.
LoL... I was told this for the last year and then all of a sudden I was told I'm being made redundant
