Upcoming rewards program

Does anyone have any info about the upcoming rewards program? My raise last year was cr-p, and I’m sure Cisco has more leverage now with the current market conditions. 😃

My manager has said that the budget for promotions, raises, and RSU's is going to be a lot smaller than last year's was. We all got "healthy" rewards and generous IPF's to offset the company's cr-ppy CPF of 84 last year.

I expect with this year's CPF of 129, and the lower rewards budget, that my IPF will be closer to 100 than to 150 and I'll get the same bonus amount as last year, other than the 5% they reduced it by for the "bonus remix" calculation that was done. If I'm over 125, then I'll count myself lucky based on the reduced budget. If I'm lucky, I'll get "a" raise, but I'm expecting 2-3% instead of the 5-10% that was given out last year across my team. We haven't had any new hires this year, so there aren't any recent hires making less than the new hires, so everyone's wages should have been adjusted last year to keep them balanced and I bet the raises get evenly distributed between us. But that's just a guess.

Likely to stay crpy if you had a crpy one last year. That was the usual case but I hope you are an exceptional talent and buckle the trend.

Strong in bonus. Light in merit.

The ppl leaders find out next Monday what their budget is. From what I understood last year, if you were in a high performing BU, the budget was strong. Last year I was able to do sizable awards for about 40% of my team
