@2jlg+1o6v6PTP Means he has received 85K Performance RSUs and has 240K stock options at a $87 strike price. Yep, "macro" headwinds so bad that MDT has to do layoffs but good enough for Mr. Martha to receive 6.8M in RSUs and extremely valuable options (another ~mid single digits value of options).

Love how the market share metric has been stripped out of this moving forward. That was Geoff’s big measure of “competing to win”. The second it cost him a dime it gets stripped out of the equation. What a clown.

I have been in meetings with some of these executives. $5M? $6? a year for them? for what they have done? We really need a new higher caliber of leaders for this company.
