I am hearing so much about the next round of layoffs, surprise layoffs, August layoffs, and September layoffs. Can someone please provide information? Dates? Numbers? Target areas? Is there going to be an impact to management or is it only going to impact the worker bees?

No one will say for sure because of NDAs in place. What I can tell you is that it is coming. It will be huge. And no one is safe. But even those in areas impacted in June.

I have no confirmed information, but I would guess if your area was involved in the June layoffs then you're likely safe for ~6-9 months.
Seriously, what's the point of these questions? People have given speculative answers to these questions on this site repeatedly, yet the questions don't stop, because we never know how serious the answers are. We won't know till it actually happens whether any of the answers here are real or not. If it helps you prepare better, assume there will be a layoff and do your best to prepare for it. Stop ki-ling yourself with anxiety over something you have no control over.
Last time I asked about 60 days ago LL4 told me no plans yet. Hope that helps.
