So it starts , shutting down a low cost region, Charlotte , Keeping a high cost region NYC, moving jobs to Tampa, Tempe. 2 regions with high costs, droughts in Tempe, Home insurers leaving Florida, Less talent in Tampa, Florida politics trample LGBTQ folks. No wonder Chase moved out . Wonder if Kevin had a house there. No relocation for people whose jobs move and they must re-apply? So they interview with the same managers they have been working for and may or may not get their job? What HR person thought that one up. Maybe they need to shutdown NYC and Jersey City and save some money. Move all the back office folks in NYC and ExPats to Tempe and have them re-apply as well and cut salaries.
