Fool me twice shame on you Belk comoany and its dirty trick management! Now we have to lie and work with less flexible hours and work a job for three people. Lying to customers to push for Belk credits Belk Emails and Belk Apps down load. Trying to work in a sweat shop retail store. Well we are just nothing but Belk blind loyal Supporter Workers!
Fool me the third time. Make me a store managers, lying human resource managers and promote me to high over price salary Belk RVPs as Belk is closing stores every month or so, I am now a Belk low life sycophant trying to promise you a fast growing Golden stores to work and lying for me to make a living at Belk! Are we missing any thing!

Belk is a toxic company period. In my store there is so much discrimation and favortism that lately I have even thought about the fact that I could sue them and I would win without a doubt but It is a slippery slope to becoming a dirtbag and I don't want to become like them. But they are not fooling me. The problems are very obvious at belk it's just that nobody cares. At my store the HR lady is so heartless and the assistant store manager is such a narcissist that there is no recourse if there is a problem.And be careful to discuss work matters with a lead because it becomes gossip for whole store. I am working on getting out of there. I can't wait to not have to go into that hellhole anymore.
