Don’t have a reputation you scream and yell at your employees. After all you have employed so many people, including myself, providing us with the financial stability we all need. You have a great company, great people.
Don’t scream or curse at your people; you are doing good in every way. Why have that bad reputation? No one is perfect, that’s for sure. We can drop bad habits if we want by swallowing our pride. For the great gift you’ve extended to us by keeping us employed, why allow something like that overshadow all your goodness! Remember treat others the way you want others to treat you or your family.

Majority of the problems that happened at Mason were caused by ownerships ego. They could have been a $5 Billion company before Covid hit if they weren’t so full of themselves. They lost so many good reps to competitors and other industries just because they didn’t want to deal with it.
They just aren’t great people and they have shown it time and time again.
it’s not just the screaming at employees.
How about the 3m mask issue?? Real nice to rip off customers during pandemic.
How about the commission issue?? In reality , you stole from your own people.
Honest to god , is CM really qualified to run a major company??
why is business down , on a consistent basis ?
Why did you have no contact with most of the furloughed people?
why is morale down , again ??
How many AA people are employed in mgt? why is your company so far behind in diversity and equality?
why are branch mgrs quitting ?
Why are branches closing ?
Why do i see Amazon trucks all day long , and not the mason trucks anymore ?
