Does anyone know how this works? Will we be paying the employee side or will CC pick it up?

This is the first layoff that didn't pay the employee side of the Healthcare. All others in the past paid both sides for a set time. Those others also didn't pull 22% taxes on the severance. Stocks were vested immediately and not over various years. Crown is doing their layoff with the appearance that they care when they don't. I hope the investors see this and continue to dump stock.
I didn't even get a chance to get that. My access was cut off as I was being told I was being let go. Like I was told "good luck with your future endeavors" and the call ended with a laptop freeze. I have never been separated like they have done. Every other I have gone through provided basic access to calendars, emails, etc so you can get affairs in order. Not here...
@1fkw+1o2H7BkJ lol sassy
You mean the FAQ that they blocked access to immediately after getting the call we’ve been cut? That’s helpful.
You should get your package information soon. Mine came late tonight. You pay a third party website the same rate as what you pay now, but don’t miss a payment or you are cut off.
More info on the FAQ but it's COBRA and goes for 6 months I think
You pay your part. Crown pays its part. After your weeks calculation you pay the whole portion of you want to keep it up.
