Layoffs beginning of 2024

The layoffs are scheduled for early 2024. Not sure how deep, or exact time. Frontline might start earlier but be prepared

The HQ layoffs started yesterday with the ominous "work remote today" email.

Managers doing payroll - it’s like they want people to quit. Campus hires will accept internships and then quit before then end when they see it. No Gen Z campus intern is going to want to do payroll as part of their full time job on top of it all. No one

PepsiCo HR is clueless. All politically correct lip service.

Why lay people off when you can just cut the people who don't return to office? No need to WARN those folks.

Frontline will be the last to go as you cannot get anyone to work now. Expect large cuts in Fleet & Admins , Kam’s and UGMs.

Promotions and bonuses in 2023, layoffs in 2024 sounds on par. If you want to secure your job, don't work hard just su-k up to the right people and make pretty PowerPoints presentations.

Frontline? I can't imagine them laying off frontline.-they are quitting on their own within the first month of employment and HR has no idea why-even though it is simple, 3rd party does the interview-they know nothing about the job and paint a pretty picture, new hire starts and has no idea what the job is about, then the managers are doing payroll-so that is a cr-p show-but if there are layoffs in 2024-my guess is payroll
