Oh please, its available for everyone to see. Go to the website where you watch other townhalls and you can see the full library of every recorded Video townhall at ford from any department. Scroll to July 10th to see the Advanced PD one. Or Kumar's. Or Lincoln one.

The notice was sent to ~20% of the remaining development employees. I assume your next question is how were the select 20% decided...... From the same source, upper management selected those who should be in attendance to hear the critical business cascade for the future of operations. There were many high profile topics covered and people could ask questions and give feedback on the new direction. Think of it like the white house correspondence dinner - where only a special select few can attend.
