Anyone fortunate enough to have a horrible SLS get piped or transferred? Right now I’d take a move over a raise.l

Some of my colleagues need to grow a pair. Sheesh. Act like you don't need them, they need you. You'll be able to look at yourself in the mirror and hold your head high.
Take the move, opie.
make it big.
If you worked for some of the sls we have you would understand why. Narcissist azzez that treat their folks like peasants. Anything to protect their image and perceived worth. Micromanaging, stealing ideas, stealing work, lying to employees, lying to upper management, undercutting their reports. You name it.
My SLS is MIA. On the global projects gravy train, exceling at avoiding any contact with their direct reports!
I’m not sure why everyone is down on SLS. Yes there are some bad ones and lots of average ones but for most part they are doing what it takes to survive. The unethical ranking system starts with Darren Woods not the SLS. I was NSI last year probably because NSI. I didn’t see any my fellow workers go on strike or give me part of their raises. They did what the did to play the game.
Well they still have one that needs to go somewhere else at that location.
One SLS left BRCP and hundreds, maybe thousands, celebrated.
Actually very sad for the unsuspecting victims at his new workplace. That is the most toxic individual possible. Any more toxic and he would not have survived into adulthood.
We can still hope
SLSs are rarely punished or demoted. Once a Hi-Po always a Hi-Po.
