What comes out of the Store manager and RVP's mouths is so not reality. At our recent visit I was told Thank you and really given a good shout out and then my hours were cut. Of course I know that belk operates with deception so it's really no surprise. Besides I can't take much more of working with a certain narcisstist manager. In our store their is only one manager that has half of a heart left. And his hands tyed because he has to practice the deception to work for belk.
