Thread regarding HP (Hewlett-Packard) layoffs

Access disabled

I’m currently on furlough but shortly before this I lost access to my software tools that’s needed for me to do my job. I was told that this was an “unexpected” issue that would be resolved by the time I got back but now I’m starting to think this was done on purpose to get me laid off. Anyone else have a similar experience?

If you can’t see that it was done deliberately, then you’re a fool.

HP has been upgrading many of the software tools and security logins over the past 2 months. Check the HP Yammer for more details.

This is odd. Same thing happened to Facebook and Google employees during layoffs.
