Is a disaster! Whose bright idea was it to set things up like this?? I’m an IA and am in my first year in the industry. I’m on a deployment where we received zero training and it’s clear that no one else has either. It’s a complete cluster, and we are continually told to “utilize our resources” in order to complete our tasks. Well, you all know! Anyway, I thought claims would be challenging and at least a little interesting. It’s a miserable slog and I’m appalled. What a sh*tshow! Haha. I won’t be doing this much longer. Get out as soon as you possible can! It will never get better. I’ve been out of there for almost 4 years and it was the same as you’ve described. Good luck!
