I hope you’re proud of the work you’ve done. how much stress and anxiety you’ve placed on not just your employees but their families as well. You stacked lies on top of more lies and completely misled and failed the people who work here as well as your clients. As insane as changing your position on WFH for now the fourth time is, giving your employees hardly any notice just proves how out of touch you are with the modern workforce and how little empathy you have for the people who have bled for this firm for many years.
Schwab’s problems are not its employees. It the toxicity created by Walt and the EC and their poor direction. The decisions made over the past few years prove Schwab is in need of a complete overall in leadership.
