Managers are the worst at Cisco. In U.K. they do absolutely nothing but call meaningless meetings and kiss a$$ upwards. Manager > SED > VP ….
The entire management layer is total waste of payroll and space.
I've had almost every customer tell me they don't intend to renew the DNA subscriptions they were forced to buy. They are focused on what they get to keep perpetually with the "Network" part of the license (always a fun conversation to explain all this license complexity). Maybe another reason of the big pivot to Meraki - you either buy the subscription or the lights go out.
Ain't never gonna happen. Cisco upper management has mis-managed our so-called strategy for years. Then they lay off ... erm .. LR ... erm ... rebalance to rearrange the deck chairs on the Titanic. The iceberg ahead? All of those subscriptions that were mandatory at time of purchase not being renewed.
