Thread regarding Medtronic Inc. layoffs

If we resigned in May, do we still get SIP?

If we resigned after the end of the FY, do we still receive a bonus from the “special incentive pool” like we would have if it was a regular MIP?

OP here. Huge thanks to the individual who provided the HR contact number!

Call or email Ask HR and they will send you your year-end compensation statement showing your exact MIP payout. 800-987-3565. I left in May and I'm getting a payout. My manager didn't notify me, but all it took was 1 phone call to figure out.

So I resigned mid may and I didn't get any message from my previous manager or Medtronic concerning the MIP. From my ex colleagues who stayed, there will be no MIP this year but an employee incentive. This means that pre-retirement people and those who left will get nothing.

I resigned in May, my previous manager already called to let me know how much I will get.

Yes with 100% confidence. Don't listen to anyone that says otherwise.

The MIP policy says if you stay past the fiscal year you receive the bonus payout, regardless of you resign or are terminated.

No! Key word being "resigned".
