True. It is common in CB for clueless losers to gang up on people who do real work. Talent is leaving quickly, there is no future for CB. Accenture is grossly incompetent.

If you’re good at your job and build and cultivate relationships, then you’re fine. If not, maybe you should re evaluate how you’re managing your career. It’s not that hard, just takes some effort.
