Growth Driven Profit (GDP) sharing payments are calculated in January following the end of the fiscal year in December once the full year's business results are finalized. Payout ranges are based on how well the company performed against business objectives and your own performance for the payout year. So it varies year to year based on the company's overall performance, how your division performed, how your geography performed and the employee's performance.
Thank you :-) I just would like to know how many percent was raise this year? Or if the same amount was applicable for all the countries.... Because some people in Europe mentioned that there was no GDP or no raises.... Before they were mentioning around 5% :-)
Raise was great, but I was already underpaid!
GDP was less than 5K, certainly better than the last few years since there was no GDP
at all.
Listen, if you are expecting to get large bonuses at IBM you need to be an Exec.
Little people get cr-p these days, are under constant menace to get laid off.
This is the reason people who are staying at IBM, do as little as possible.
Enjoy your time working from home, take advantage as much as possible.
Is it same for each country?
My question was how much it was in May 2023?
GDP is early in the year, no way we'll know what next year will be like.
Raises are in May, if you didn't get either at this point I highly doubt you can expect anything until 2024
