Thank you to MDT for not being timely in providing the separation agreement and subsidized COBRA money. Treating people with "respect" after being laid off has been a catch phrase for Geoff, yet a lot of us still haven't gotten the "package". My guess is they will hold onto this money as long as possible. Also, what legal language are they putting in this agreement that is so important to not just put this through?

Mip should arrive this Friday 7/21. Payouts sound like they vary widely between OUs.
I got laid off in May, got my severance in July. Just received my COBRA in the mail. Does anyone know when or IF we will receive our MIP?
I had a similar experience. My last day was April 28. It took until the end of June to get the Cobra subsidy. At first they said 15 days + 3 days after signing the release form, then they said 15 days + 3 days + 30 days. It took about 15 days + 3 days +45 days.
And the Enhancement Contribution hasn't arrived yet - the personal letter said it would be paid at the same time as the FY23 MCC contribution which occurred around June 23. They sent a note saying they expected it to be paid the week of July 10. I did ask if they are going to pay extra in interest since the June date was a firm date in the personal letter (I assume this would be considered a contract).
Yeah, just got my COBRA letter and severance agreement today. Good thing no one got injured between the end of their plan and my ability to restore it…

Please be patient. I received my agreement on 7/5. Totally realize that this is a bit late but at least kinda in the timeframe
