NCR is a company that only after the sales but not the service. A company that only takes government money and land with cheap labour.
NCR - was in Motherwell and USA and then Indian operation started and now the Serbian operation - all about cheap labour.
NCR is politically driven company is it even worth it on your resume to work for company that treat each and every staff like dog S***.
Times have changed, ncr has become a step in one’s early career. Ncr’s pursuit to become a second class player is a success. I’m surprised still to see some who are retiring after 40+ years. But I glad they made. It would mark an end to dedicated employees who were best in this business to work with. Well done!

Give it a few more years they’ll try to put a call center in North Korea.
Most employers don’t know how NCR is, you don’t understand it until you work for them
I understand what you’re saying. I would still list them on your resume or else a prospective employer will ask you about the gap in employment for the time period if you don’t list them. Most companies now are this way. They want the most out of you with little to work with and will cut costs wherever possible. Some companies are still decent and use common sense but not NCR. Cheaper labor does not always equal best results. Work life balance is very bad also
