I'm exhausted here, both mentally and physically. I'm not sure how much more of this I can take. A layoff would be a blessing for me. If we could volunteer, I'd be the first in line. I'm ready to leave and I refuse to believe that it's the same thing everywhere. There have to be better options.

I’d also volunteer for a RIF. Maybe if I insult enough people…. Problem is my projects are critical
Get Out! This toxic place is so disgusting. I am interviewing - as my skills ae dying at the Western Digital Wasteland. The leadership team that has come in from Cisco has destroyed this company - the absolute worst leadership I have ever seen. Lynn Cox is the nastiest woman I have ever encountered in business. HR and the BOD knows about her and did nothing to stop her behavior! She has had so many complaints it is shocking. Davie Goeckler is as exciting of a leaser as a wet sock. Rob S is an egotistical A$$hole. The woman that DG brought in to run HR and strategy are evil and clueless. After working in high tech for over 25 years - this is the worst I have ever seen. I heard they destroyed Cisco too . I am getting out, before the company is bankrupt! Congrats DG - you made your millions and are the verge of bankrupting a company.
It is possible they would package you out.
Explain how is that you are physically exhausted. I thought job was mental not physical
