Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

Replacement time…

I'm starting believe more and more that the colleagues who left will not be replaced, even though we were told at the beginning that they would…. I'm exhausted from doing extra work since the time they left….

How long does it take on average for this company to make a replacement?

If they haven't replaced them by now they wont.

You’ll probably get a 3 rating also. Lots of chaos and disorganization here.

Just remember, for salaried, “Overtime is free”

What’s the point of replacing them? Layoffs were a cost cutting measure. I don’t see that happening anytime soon.

it took almost a year for my location to replace an admin who went on maternity leave and didn't return. I was already doing the job of 2 people plus parts of her job. I told them to get a temp for the time out because I knew she wasn't coming back, they didn't feel it was worth getting a temp. They didn't rush to replace her so I didn't rush to do parts of her job.
