Has anyone had their performance review? Because it seems everyone I know hasn't. My manager has not even scheduled mine.

Mine was Friday: got told what a valuable team member i am and other sweet nothings then got 2% raise and 45% for MIP
Hey MIP 60% - what department or OU was that? Did your manager say if that was the MIP for everyone? Still trying to piece together how good or bad my OU results are compared to the rest - I've heard 45% but haven't had my review yet.
I had mine last week, it was disappointing. I got achieve and exceeds but only got 3.5% merit. The previous year I had the same ratings and got 5%. My MIP was 60%
Yup, last Tuesday. Got MIP percentage and merit percentage.
