Beautiful? Wtf? You kept your job and 75% got cut. "Beautiful" is not a word to describe this situation you f0ck.

They are helping each other because the impact is crazy on DFord department.

They are trying to survive in this horrible market right now. Don't f0ckinh call that "Beautiful" when you are even experiencing it.

The tip of the iceberg is exposed.

Current Ford leadership having been raised on the principle of “fake it till you make it” will not be remembered for their honesty and integrity.

The Ford leadership who believed that “reputation is everything,” “your word is your bond,” “there is no substitute for hard work and experience,” and “slow and steady wins the race” have all been ushered to the door.

Message from current Ford leadership “Listen up you geezers it’s a new world. It’s all about image, data, social media.”

Ge---r to Ford leadership “Until it isn’t. Castles built in the air do not stand the test of time.

What a disgrace and desperate attempt. DFord was a mess from it's early days under Erica. They were never inclusive. They acted elitist and never accomplished anything. One of their so-called directors, yea, talking about YOU, McManus, even stated ' we don't solution ' Disgusted how you kept your so-called job. Hey Farley, dont do a half-assed job, TERMINATE, the remaining 25% and save ford a few more dollars, after all YOUR job depends on it. Losers. Keeping an eye on you.

D-Ford is short for "Delivery +" Ford. I'm sure you've heard of Ford +, D-Ford or Delivery + Ford is simply an alignment of strategic initiatives and processes accelerate the Deliverables we are all responsible for. As we are moving into new commodity development along with EV, there needed to be a group the oversees how to implement the above action items to be sure the company remains the frontrunner in the ever-evolving auto sector.
