I’d be surprised if every section wasn’t littered with mo--s. The way our ranking system is set up you cannot depend on the quality of your work alone to keep you safe during ranking. It sux but making others look bad is almost a requirement to stay afloat.
How many sections have a mole? All of them and just about all are mo--s. That’s what a ranking system that pits you against whoever does, that’s the point of it. Bad mouth everyone else because they will be badmouthing you. It’s the hunger games and everyone is a loser.
I would be careful with anyone in CX.
