What kind of severance packages do they give Director level roles?

I was at city almost 32 years. I only got one year in Severance the max it out at one year.
Is it 2 weeks for every year, or 2 weeks for every year, but payout is only for 52 weeks max?

If it wasn’t part of a “mass layoff” then no they don’t get the WARN payout, they just get the 2 weeks per year.
"Same as everyone else....60 or 90 days..." = False.
I know people that were laid off a couple of months ago. They got 3 weeks of pay. 1.5 paychecks.....chump change.
Same as everyone else. WARN period pay ( 60 or 90 days where applicable), then 2 weeks for every year.
