The issue with Ford is the management. The CEO lacks the knowledge of how to cut costs without laying off talent needed bring the company into the future. He has ruined company morale, sends mixed messages concerning the companies over mission. I don't work there, but from what I see and have read, it's a disaster. He is ruining the company and should be removed immediately.

The moment that confirmed to me Bill was horrible for Ford Motor Company is when he personally canceled the Excursion suv. The timing and rationale of that decision told us his head is not fit for the automotive business.

What top-level talent is going to gamble on moving themselves and their family to Detroit and take a job at Ford when they see how Ford treats their employees? Ford had better be prepared to pay a LOT more.
