This is what happens when companies are forced to raise wages to $20.00+/hr—slash the workforce and eliminate positions.

does everyone think corporate will be doing layoffs soon? I think the return to office mandate for remote folks that happens in August is a form of a "soft layoff" so they can thin the herd without having to pay any severance packages. If they don't get enough people to say "no I'm not coming back" I feel like layoffs will start. Soon. Thoughts?

"So....3rd party customer service associates now too?"

Actually, with the ongoing Frontend Re-Imagine, it'll be 3rd Party Returns Desk Temp-to-Hires, and likely, Cashiers, too.
