PIL separation agreement attorney

Anyone have a good attorney rec go look at PIL docs? Is there ever success getting anything covered in these outside of the standard? How do you ensure no other employer finds out of the status?

@OP The only thing EM will do if called by a prospective employer is verify dates of employment and job title. They won’t say anything else because doing so opens them up to potential lawsuits. Consult your attorney if you have concerns.

There will be no deviation from the PiL to be signed.
My experience with it is from last year's signing document - reviewed with a Pipt co-worker (and friend).

You do have the right to subsequently retain right to litigate on Age Discrimination. Think you have 30 days to notify a company lawyer of your intent to retain that right. Maybe it's 3 days - I forget. Otherwise, you have no remediation of any type in a court of law. And if you try to litigate, it must be in a state court in tejas.
That's what you will sign.

Regarding your 'record' being exposed to potential future employer:
the company is restrained from communicating the cause of your separation from the cesspool that is EM to anyone.

Based on your inquiry, you should see a lawyer, for sure.
