I’ve heard from a few people recently, since the RTO mandate was announced, they are having feelings of anxiety, sadness and even despair, when considering how drastically this will change their lives, and all that they are giving up.
Please know this. Your fellow co-workers do care about you. I don’t know anyone that is happy with this mandate. Please find help, whether professional, or even a confidant to speak with. Let your true feelings be known to your Manager, as they should be advocating for you. I sincerely hope everyone will take care of themselves, and do what is best for some semblance of a happy life.
