It would be very interesting to see how many current employees have applications out to other companies. I know of at least 6-10 people looking elsewhere.

@ine+1nlZJVQB not really, been getting interviews for roles that pay 20% more than what I make here. I had a candid conversation with my management, and they agreed I am under paid.

Get out while you can, MDT Management (OU & GOSC) are not on same page, have different expectations for NPI. GOSC is all about money not innovation as Geoff states.
R&D is better off going to CM's for mfg.
ine+1nlZJVQB You sound like one of Geoff’s little trolls. Not all medical research companies are run how MDT is currently running. Once you’re in the interview process and negotiate offers, other companies are willing to pay more, offer more annual equity and higher bonus percentages.
Not as many as we think. The job market is very competitive and other companies are ran like Medtronic or worse.
I’m applying. Market is looking a bit competitive with all the recent layoffs, though. Not fun.
