@should have stood your ground. You seem very angry. I'm guessing you quit or was fired for not being vaccinated? If so, why are you continuing to monitor what is happening at this company? I'm sure you have moved on. Let it go! Enjoy your life.

I think it's going to be bad especially since a lot of production work is going or have already been sent off shore. I'm just praying whatever package they offer is a d@mn good one.

  • I've said it several times and each time they've had their bought and paid for Mods delete my comments. BECAUSE THEY CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH. They'll claim my posts are "against the rules" but mind you, go look on some of the more popular boards on here (i.e. Wells Fargo, Bank of America etc), who STRAY OFF TOPIC ALL THE TIME, yet they are never moderated the same way this TIAA board is..........strange, isn't it 🤔 *

You all pumped your bodies full of toxins for those people and look how they turn around and do you, not even a full two years later at that. Now they've announced they will be letting you go.

And guess what layoffs equal..........that's right, NO HEALTH INSURANCE (and no, that god-awful overpriced excuse for health insurance, COBRA, doesn't count either).

You let them intimidate you into tampering with your immune system all in the name of a "pandemic" that was a temporary situation. But guess what isn't temporary??? Your immune systems will NEVER be the same. You all caved and let them force you into making a PERMANENT DECISION that will have lifelong health consequences and they showed you how "valuable" you are by showing you how EASILY DISPENSABLE you are as well.

I pray for those of you who succumbed to pressure when all you had to do was stand your ground. Tell me honestly..........in hindsight..........was LESS THAN TWO SHORT YEARS really more important than THE REST OF YOUR LIFE??? This same corporation will be NO WHERE IN SIGHT when you are suffering the medical complications. They will happily add the "zzz" to your name (which denotes you in their HR systems as a former employee) and another warm body will replace you in your former seat in a New York minute.

You could have moved on to a much better career somewhere else at a company that respects and values their employees' right to bodily autonomy.
