I'm getting a little desperate because I haven't been able to get a better offer for months now.

It's rough out there. No one is hiring unless you take a 20 percent cut from what 3M is paying you now.
Over a year at this point but I’m not able to relocate and want to keep my salary so it’s proven to be a hard task
3 months but I was being quite specific as to role and this was via LinkedIn rather than job application. 2x salary. Jobs are out there - make connections and build your brand/bio to make it desirable and fit the target role. Stalk and connect to the hiring manager. Good luck.
5-6 months and it’s brutal out there. I feel like my interviews go well but there’s always someone better. I was hoping to be let go but even after volunteering to be laid off, I’m some how still here. Today I picked my resignation date. New job or not as of Oct 31st I’m done. I’m just so burnt out. I can’t cope anymore.
Be willing to relocate if at all possible. Gives you a lot more options.
Just over a year. I ended up taking a 10% pay cut, equal title and the difference in climate was easily worth it.
6 months. If I could have found equivalent pay I would have jumped ship already. I'm more than half way to retirement. I just am starting to realize I need stability and less chaos. Tired of the constant changes in management and direction. You get used to one leadership style and communication then you get blindsided with a 180 in personality less than 6 months later. That and nobody seems to know one minute to the next what the next strategy or message will be.
