In this book you can see the similarities to Monish and PG. What makes Psychopaths intriguing is the fact they often are more effective in achieving their objectives than non-Psychopaths. Psychopathy is a debilitation of moral conscience (or just lack of it), and the lack of empathy, sense of right vs. wrong, and remorse which makes the Psychopaths far more dangerous because they carry their objectives with single-minded purpose without inner conflict.
For those of you who remain...watch out for this type of leader as they will take you down. I made the mistake of believing if I hit all my objective, didn't argue with my boss and made her look good (even though I had my doubts) I wouldn't get let go. She flat out lied that I wasn't on the list and then cut me without any sign of remorse. She is only interested in advancing her career. These are the leaders 3M is rewarding.

In response to the person who said I would have done it to her. Over the years I saved a number of people in the same position. I would not have done it to her. There were other options but she was too worried about her position to suggest the other options to the VP. Perfect example of an inexperienced leader.
