I am sorry to see layoffs at ford. Did you Ford had a voluntary separation late last year(Aug-Nov 2022)?

They won’t do voluntaries. Leadership wants to be in charge of who goes. And doesn’t want to pay the undesirables.
No voluntary packages in 2022 but a lot of people chose to retire at the end of 2022 due to the impact interest rates were going to have on lump sum pensions.
