Is it the shared bathrooms? Maybe it's the stale bagels and everyone talking at the same time? The morning traffic? How about the constant reminder that practically everything you do at the office could be done from home? What are YOU most excited about when it comes to returning to the office?

I look forward to experiencing our "uniquely rich culture" in an open office of bland cubicles and fluorescent lighting which looks identical to literally any other white collar office space in the country. My favorite piece of office decor is the banner they hung up which states "Is this good for the company?" I can't tell if I'm in Office Space or Groundhog Day.
The inevitable guy who waits until he's at his desk to trim his fingernails.
I can't contain my excitement about returning to the Schwoffice. You know what I'm really looking forward to? The shared bathrooms, believe it or not! They're like the hub of spontaneous conversations and unexpected connections. And those "vintage" bagels and the joyful chaos of everyone talking at once? They create a unique sense of camaraderie that's hard to replicate. Sure, the morning traffic might be a bit of a hassle, but it's like a transition from home life to work mode. While we can do a lot remotely, there's something magical about face-to-face interactions that spark creativity and get things done. Plus, let's be real, the fat paycheck just adds that extra boost of motivation! So, let's embrace the office vibes and make this next chapter one to remember.
Wondering what common surfaces will be touched by those people walking out of the restroom without washing their hands. No water, no soap, going straight to the break room.
Listening to people eating chips next to me and sneezing into their hands
My FAVORITE part it going to be wearing a mask all day because most of you have children and you bring their colds and covid to work. Its going to be great catching that and getting long covid because I already have a medical predisposition
My FAVORITE part is not even having the opportunity to own a cubical. I get to sit at a “hotel” desk where nothing works, nothing is personalized, and it gives me a warm feeling of motivation. Top 10.
DEFINITELY looking forward to getting sick multiple times per year again! Totally worth it because it's SO important that I sit on Teams/Webex from a cubicle in a city where literally no one else on my team is located.
But what I'm looking forward to even more is the added financial and time burden! That part is extra motivating during a year we've already been told bonuses will be <100% and can therefore assume merit increases will be virtually nonexistent.
Woohoo engagement! Yay culture!
Staring at cubicle walls rethinking my life decisions.
For me I personally love the coffee rush and then we all unload at the same mid morning time
Smelling other's morning breath in the elevator.
