I was laid off two years ago and I'm curious if the package is still the same or if they reduced that as well. Let me also tell you that despite being laid off, I'm doing much better now. I work for a smaller company but the work atmosphere is ten times better, so I'm satisfied.

How many months for someone with 19 years ?
last August ---- 20 yrs and up was 9 months pay and benefits.
Don't forget to get your unused vacation paid out..
And Lump sum will be less this year.
1 month and 3 months of benefits for five years and less. Small increases after that.
How many months severance do you get?
