I voluntarily left after the Aug 22, 2022 purge due to the year-after-year of unknowns, anxiety & stress about cuts & layoffs and I’m SOOOO glad I did. There is life after & outside of Ford. In hindsight, it’s a REALLY horrible, toxic place to work. If you don’t get cut in this round, update your resume and be proactive immediately and get out on your own terms ASAP.
