Maybe we find out what our piece of the fund and raise will be, this is only hear say I have not gotten a invite from me Manager.

Exceeds do happen. As a manager I gave them frequently and have received them. The thing to keep in mind is “Achieve” is what is expected of all. To receive an “exceed” it needs to be demonstrated that you have exceeded not only your goals, but exceeded compared to others in your VPs group. Not just the highest performer on your direct manager’s team.
To answer the previous question: Exceed is ~10%.

CST MIP = 45%. Most get 2% raise.
How rare is an exceeds overall rating? Part of me wonders if it's even possible.
MIP = 0%
SIP = 50-60% of what your MIP would have been

Merit will vary between 2-7% depending on rating. Achieve/Achieve is an automatic 2%. An Exceed/Achieve is 3-5% and Exceed/Exceed is 5-7%
Nothing yet but SH&A got a last minute update meeting for tomorrow morning. So we will see
2-3 % merit increase translates to adios Medtronic.
Pretty sure the good ol 2% merit holds true...
Hearing 60-70% MIP across the board. Might be more for some OUs like Diabetes
