Company will go under with or without layoffs. Bandaids can't fix the real problem. They feel they are taking some actions but really have no clue.

I think many of us will regret joining Ford. But I believe you should be thankful you live in America and you should feel grateful if you still have your health.
Yeah me too @qya+1nitD4i9. But hey live and learn. It’s seems the things they crow about the most are the least true.
@qya+1nitD4i9 I believed that for my first few years at the company as well. Then you see how quickly they dispose of people that have been here for 20+ years...
As much as I know that to be true I naively fall into the "we're family' trap. Again and again. I want to believe THIS company is different. But they continue to show they aren't. Shame on me.
