Time for a reorg to unlock business value and leverage synergies? Ideas?

Frikin share point for the win. Forget technology and keeping units running.
Share point is a tool to make the lazy sls job easier. They don’t have to understand anything just go over bullets with employees to regurgitate to the uppers so that the illusion of collaboration is there.
Face reality old timer.
The reason EM has not been the best in the industry is because we have not utilized Sharepoint to its full potential.
Now go take a break and drink coolaid, not coffee.
No need for reorg.
If all projects embrace SharePoint, we will unlock the full potential of EM.
There are some that believe the above statement.
Seems EM target recruits people with such ignorance.

This is one of the serious problems here. Mgmt prefers those who have a ready answer, even if it’s absolute bs and conjecture, rather than someone who says - we don’t know, we need to study it to understand it. It’s only when you admit you don’t know the answer to a problem and get a commitment to study it, that you can get to the root causes.
